This is for the :iconpronouncedyou: Contest :) (thaaank you girl for givin more days to finish things TwT)

The Theme was: "Bubbles, Crowns and Balloons", which I found really fun to do! 'Cause I luv theme-based Illustrations *o*

So here you have the Little Prince of Balloons~ :heart: (and he's a neko-BOY, why does it always has to be girls? that's discrimination! T^T), his job is to take care of all his balloon-buddies, a hard job I must say! Since they're very naughty XD.

This time the neko-balloon-buddy decided to leave the village! But they won't let him go away, we need you neko-buddy, don't leave us... we have cookies! *speaking non-sense, just ignore her u_u...*
